So, if you took a bubbly and had some aspects of lime and lemon in it, but made it so good that even the smell wafted of lemons, what could then happen?

Okay, sometimes I got to Total Wine, usually because of the range of sparkling wines that they have, but really because of the range of Zinfandels that they have, and while there I sampled this and was in heaven.

This wine is both refreshing on the tongue with plenty of bubbles, but also the lemon and the lime hit you from different sides of your mouth at the same time.  And the mention Quince, a fruit that I have never had, but one that my mother said makes your mouth draw up and I will admit that this is probably there.

34% Chardonnay and the rest 33% each of the two Pinot grapes, this wine is good.  I can't wait to try everything else by them.

Our Mission: The Black Winer strives to expose African Americans [and others] to wines, without the flair, stuffiness, and airs of elitism and snobbery that you get from sommeliers and high level wine enthusiasts. We believe in finding something that you like the taste of, outside of the basic brands that you have been force-fed over the years through a combination of ethnically targeted advertising, and what people in your family have historically been drinking.
